Policies

Gift Cards Available- Give the gift of well-being. Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount and can be redeemed for services or product purchases. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash; we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gratuities cannot be applied on Gift Cards.

Late Policy- As a courtesy to the client following you, please try to be prompt for your appointment. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you...if you are extremely late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy- We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

Payment Details- We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. We can process gratuities on credit/debit cards.

Exchange Policy- Unused Aveda products may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days from purchase date with a valid Aqua Salon & Spa receipt.

Children visiting our salon- Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have facilities to care for children. We love children and hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Children are welcome by appointment only.
